  • How long does the entire process take?

    After the purchase agreement is sent and has been signed by the seller of the property, it typically takes between 30-90 days for all the due diligence that has to take place regarding the assessment of the property.

  • How do I receive my payment?

    Money will be wired to the seller on the day of closing by the title company of our choice.

  • What happens if my property does not meet the requirements necessary during the inspection period to move forward with the purchase?

    The buyer will receive their earnest money deposit(EMD) back if the deal deteriorates for reasons covered within the contingencies of the purchase agreement

  • How do we determine the price of your property?

    Our process is very simple and easy. We ask you a few questions about your property, location and condition. Based on this along with comparables in the area we offer you fair cash and if that works for you as well, we will proceed with the deal.

  • Is there any obligation during the process?

    No, there is no obligation at all in the process. You just need to tell us a bit about the property and the rest we will take care of! Follow-ups questions may be requested which is standard, but nothing overly involved from the seller
